We developed a visual identity and spatial system that positions pao as a canvas for fillings inspired by flavours from around the world. From logo and packaging to kiosk and stall design, the brand brings together bold colours, clear forms, and international cues to reflect its cross-cultural menu. The identity was designed to stand out in busy street-food environments while remaining flexible enough to scale across formats, locations, and cuisine
