Jr. Marketing Coordinator

Job Description

At Flickbook, we attribute much of our success to the strength of our marketing division. To build on this momentum, we’re searching for a highly qualified marketing coordinator to work closely with them. From day one, this individual will contribute to existing marketing programs, while assisting with the development of new initiatives aligned with company and client goals. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with a wide range of marketing functions, including communications, advertising, branding, digital marketing, and social media. The marketing coordinator must be an organized multitasker able to handle many diverse projects at once and meet tight deadlines.

Freshers who are passionate about marketing can also apply. We will train them in industry-leading CRM & Marketing Automation platforms.



Objectives of this Role

  • Assist in the development and implementation of the client’s brand strategy.
  • Ensure all marketing efforts serve to achieve immediate and long-term business goals, identifying and executing improvements for processes, content, and lead generation.
  • Prepare marketing activity reports and metrics for measuring program success and prepare dashboards for CXOs
  • Provide market research, forecasts, competitive analysis, campaign results, and consumer trends.


Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

  • Conduct research to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape, and prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data.
  • Support the Marketing Team in evaluating and establishing the marketing plan and strategy, setting objectives, planning and organizing promotional presentations, and updating calendars
  • Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to the sales team, and provide instructions for use or promotion.
  • Plan and manage meetings, events, conferences, and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, and coordinating mailing lists.
  • Maintain a directory and inventory of sales support materials, ensuring all resources are current and accurate and coordinating the creation of new materials as needed.
  • Continually seek and research new sources of prospective customer data, and provide recommendations to sales and marketing leadership.


Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or communications.
  • Past work experience as a marketing coordinator or similar role would be preferred.
  • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing.
  • Experience with research using data analytics software.
  • Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in full Google Docs suite, especially with Sheets and Slide.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.

Inside Sales / Sales Coordinator

Job Description

At Flickbook, we attribute much of our success to the strength of our marketing division. Sales will be driven by the leads generated by Marketing. To facilitate this, we’re searching for an Inside Sales / Sales Coordinator to work closely with the Marketing & Sales Team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with a wide range of inside sales functions, such as calling, and communicating via emails and InMails. The candidate must be an organized multitasker able to handle many diverse projects at once and meet tight deadlines.

Freshers who are passionate about marketing and sales can also apply. We will train them in industry-leading CRM & Marketing Automation platforms.



Objectives of this Role

  • Represent our Client’s company, with a comprehensive understanding of their offerings.
  • Work with Sales Head to meet weekly, monthly, and annual sales and activity quotas.
  • Perform incisive and insightful market and competitive research.
  • Making sure to understand the individual and unique needs of each customer.
  • We need to be able to speak in a friendly way to customers and potential customers, listening to their needs and helping communicate options for them.


Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

  • Qualify, develop, and maintain thorough company and product knowledge.
  • Speak to customers about a product’s/service’s different features, and answer any questions they might have.
  • Maintaining an accurate, detailed client book.
  • Make cold calls or perform warm outreach and following up.
  • Utilize CRM & Marketing Automation tools to ensure standard processes during all sales stages.
  • Fixing appointments.
  • Performing research on accounts to help increase interest in the organization.
  • Offering demonstrations for products and services to potential buyers.


Skills and Qualifications

  • 0-1 year in sales within an IT setting.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, telephone, and organizational skills.
  • Experience working with CRM platforms.
  • Experience with enterprise-level clients.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Strong organizational skills.
