The scope of Visual design is vast. It is highly unlikely that one candidate possesses all the above skills. If they are good in Illustration then they may not be good in motion graphics, etc. When you sign in to our Visual Design Service, with a single seat you can have access to all the aspects of visual design. 01. REQUIREMENT GATHERING

In this stage, we gather your requirements through discovery calls. The requirements are not only factored in from your immediate requirements, but we will also let you know what needs to be done to be able to compete with your clients. Together, we can decide what needs to be done.

02. PROPOSAL / AGREEMENT

Based on the final requirements we can arrive at the monthly retainer fee. This along with all the important points discussed during the previous step will be documented. The Proposal / Agreement is signed and we proceed to the next important step.

03. PREPARING MASTER CREATIVE BRIEF

We go through your Marketing Plan, & Brand Guidelines and prepare a Creative Brief. This gives us a good understanding of the goals and how we will achieve the objectives. This document is sacrosanct for us. Every content that we create for the project will be along with the Creative Brief and in accordance with your Brand Guidelines.

04. SETTING UP A COMMUNICATION CHANNEL

We proceed with the kick-off call with your point person. All communication with your team is documented in project management software and every interaction is documented so that all stakeholders are instantly updated. This way there will be very little back and forth between us. This helps us bring down redundancy and the revision cycles are purely in the service to optimize the content to make it more impactful. Our team will participate in all the project meetings. The minutes of meetings are also recorded and shared with all stakeholders so that everyone is aware of the task at hand.

What if my requirements fluctuate?

We all know that on some occasions there can be more work than usual, Say, you have decided to participate in an Exhibition and you want assistance in designing the book, preparing a quick presentation, or even help in printing the pamphlets. Because we work as a team we are more than happy to help you during such times. We hope you will return the favor on other occasions 🙂

What if my point of contact falls ill or has some urgent family affairs to be taken care of and is unable to work for some days?

In such an event, we will substitute your point of contact, from one of the many artists that we have to ensure that your work never suffers. The details of the substitution depends on the agreement details. If you have chosen the “basic” plan then the substitute is replaced within 48 hours.

Can I cancel the contract in between?

Yes, contracts can be cancelled with a 45 days notice period written in email. We will send you a confirmation of the cancellation within 48 hrs.

How are you different that services such as fiverr.com, etc.?

A. Although these marketplace services have a vast variety of designers, Flickbook services will be a far better choice because of the following two reasons; a: because we don’t design for the sake of design, we design based on the basis of Marketing & Sales and that’s why we start with your Marketing Plan, Creative Brief and we orient the designs to achieve your Marketing & Sales goals,
