01. REQUIREMENT GATHERING

In this stage, we gather your requirements through discovery calls. The requirements are not only factored in from your immediate requirements, but we will also let you know what needs to be done to be able to compete with your clients. Together, we can decide what needs to be done.

02. PROPOSAL / AGREEMENT

Based on the final requirements we can arrive at the monthly retainer fee. This along with all the important points discussed during the previous step will be documented. The Proposal / Agreement is signed and we proceed to the next important step.

03. PREPARING MASTER CREATIVE BRIEF

We go through your Marketing Plan, & Brand Guidelines and prepare a Creative Brief. This gives us a good understanding of the goals and how we will achieve the objectives. This document is sacrosanct for us. Every content that we create for the project will be along with the Creative Brief and in accordance with your Brand Guidelines.

04. SETTING UP A COMMUNICATION CHANNEL

We proceed with the kick-off call with your point person. All communication with your team is documented in project management software and every interaction is documented so that all stakeholders are instantly updated. This way there will be very little back and forth between us. This helps us bring down redundancy and the revision cycles are purely in the service to optimize the content to make it more impactful. Our team will participate in all the project meetings. The minutes of meetings are also recorded and shared with all stakeholders so that everyone is aware of the task at hand.
