This Delhi-based startup falls in the niche segment of handmade, made-to-order, food products. We offered an end-to-end solution to take this homegrown brand to a national level.
Scope of this project :
A major selling point of the brand is handmade products. Therefore it was very important for the brand’s founder to maintain this authenticity and personal approach in the marketing of the brand. To integrate the “handmade” and “artistic” qualities into the brand’s image, we created a website that resembled a chalkboard with handwritten and hand-drawn imagery and text.
We used Facebook to popularize his products and unique ingredients, and their health benefits. Within two months, we were able to increase the post reach from an average of 200 to 800 views, without paid means. The conversions of Facebook fans to customers also increased after viewing the posts.
